Berry Boost – 2 servings

Ingredients

300ml Milk – almond milk or other non-dairy options work just as well

300g Mixed berries – you can use fresh or frozen and just pick whatever berries you prefer.

100g Greek yoghurt

½ Tsp of honey (optional)

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into two cups.

Tropical Blast – 2 servings

Ingredients

250g Frozen pineapple

250g Frozen mango

250ml Milk – you can use any milk, we particularly like coconut milk

1 Banana

75ml Orange juice

Method

Add everything into a blender and mix until smooth. If the mixture seems too thick add some more orange juice. Pour into two cups.

Green Goodness – 2 serving

70g Spinach

1 Banana

200g Strawberries

250ml Milk or water (any milk is fine)

1 Tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Method

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
